- In the event of a recipient not being available at the selected date/time slot, any further attempt to re-deliver may attract re-delivery charges
- Since cakes are perishable in nature, we attempt delivery of your order only once
- Occasionally, substitutions of flavors/designs are necessary due to temporary and/or unavailability issues. In such rare scenarios, the sender will be informed with ample prior notice and will get a refund on non-agreement of substitution
