• For Flowers or other perishable items, the delivery would be attempted just once. If the delivery is not done during that attempt due to a wrong or inadequate address, receiver not at home, address found locked or refusal to accept, the buyer shall still be required to pay for the order. No refunds would be considered for such matters.
• Since flower orders are hand-made, there may be a slight difference from the picture presented. However, we will make sure that we give the flower arrangement as near as possible to the information/ image shown.
• The product specs (measurement, volume, color, etc.) quoted with the photos are only relative. Most goods here are handcrafted items. There may, hence, be a difference in the photos and the respective outputs. Flora D'lite, at its complete discretion, may deliver a similar/substitute product for reasons or contingencies beyond its power.
• Under no circumstances whatsoever shall Flora D'lite be accountable for any loss of data, loss of values, or any losses whatsoever including, without restricting, any incidental, particular, related, significant, or other losses that result from the usage of or failure to use the products/services submitted on the site.
• Notwithstanding the preceding, in no event shall Flora D'lite be liable to the client for any or all costs, losses, and causes of operation (including but not limited to, carelessness) or otherwise exceed the cost paid by the user to Flora D'lite for that specific service/commodity.

• Users who have utilized services through Flora D'lite by choosing one or more registered service providers: Flora D'lite reaches out to these clients via SMS / E-mail / Call / Online after their listed appointment record and ask them for feedback on their experience or notify them of the latest merchandise updates from the Service provider. Flora D'lite has complete control of this flow of feedback gathering.
• Not adhering to any or all of the terms, policies & disclaimers affirmed here and in the FAQ or anywhere on the site, any return or refund by Flora D'lite to the customer or anyone else acting on his/her behalf for any cause whatsoever, intentionally or on being demanded by any user shall not become a refusal of any or all of the Terms, Policies, and Disclaimers made and shall not become a pattern for similar future claims/requests or give any preferences to the applicant.
• All such refunds/returns if any when made shall be subject to a 10% reduction on account of Bank charges and other processing expenses.
• If the client has any issues, uncertainties, or trouble regarding any of the terms & conditions here, he/she should ask for explanations from us via email (floradlite@floradlite.com) and should wait for a composed explanation before using the services.
• The user of Flora D'lite is considered to have read all the terms and conditions here and FAQ and is considered to have agreed, understood, and affirmed completely all the terms, requirements, systems, and risks of using the services and cannot at any time claim ignorance of any/all of them.
• In case of any conflicts between the individuals in association with any terms, both parties shall strive to settle the dispute amicably.
• In the event that either party fails to settle within 30 days, the conflict shall be transferred to the sole Arbiter. All the disputes will be subject to the Judiciary of the respected country.
